28. Europa Europa (1990)

Roger’s Rating :
Thumbs Down

Should be :

Roger really missed a good movie here. He doesn’t have this review on his site but in his At The Movies Review he says that he doesn’t like it because he doesn’t see what one Jewish person’s story, who hides his identity to save himself, had to do with the story of all Jews. He also doesn’t think the acting was very good.
I thought the movie was wonderful. It makes you ask yourself what you think you would do if you were placed in that situation. What makes it especially fascinating is that it was based on a true story.
On IMDB it has a 7.8 rating and on Rotten Tomatoes it has 100% (It doesn’t have Roger’s review I guess).
